How do I secure my booking?Once we have confirmed availability, we will send you a payment link for a £300 deposit. Once received, we will confirm your reservation...simple! Visa, Maestro and Mastercard are accepted.

When will I have to pay for my reservation?You will pay a £300 deposit to confirm your reservation. You will then be required to pay the balance in full 8 weeks before your Check-In date. We will get in touch with a payment link for your to do so. If full payment has not been received prior to your Check-In date, we will not release the check-in details. Visa, Maestro and Mastercard are accepted.

When time is Check-in and Check-out?Standard Check-in is from 3pm. Standard Check-out is at 10am. We can sometimes accommodate different times, depending on availability, so please ask at time of booking, and we will do our very best.

How do I access the Lodge?We will send you Check-In details, along with House Rules the day before your Check-in date. This will include directions and access codes. Our on-site staff will be available to welcome you, but we also offer contactless check-in.

What is the Cancellation policy?From the Booking Date until 30 days before Check-in: the cancellation charge is 50% From 30 days until Check-in: the cancellation charge is 100%

Are kids allowed?Our lodges are family friendly.

Can I bring my dog?We love dogs! We're happy for you to bring your dogs, but please note that there will be a £40 surcharge per dog. But we do have some rules: Dogs must NOT be barricaded on the decking area. Please do NOT allow your dog to foul on the decking. Make sure you use a poo bag when your dog has fouled in the surrounding area too. Help keep our land clean! Dogs must be kept under control and not permitted to disturb. They must never be locked in rooms or left unattended within the lodge. Dogs are NOT permitted on the furniture - any damages will be charged.

Can I park my car?Free parking is available right outside the Lodge.

Can we have guests and extra people stay over?Our lodges can only accommodate up to 6 people in Schiehallion, Lochnagar and Ardmore, up to 8 people in Braemar and up to 10 people in Craggiemhor, maximum. This is for your safety and comfort, but also to protect our lodges and be respectful of our neighbours. We do not allow undisclosed visitors or extra guests outwith of the agreed number confirmed. Please respect this rule - anyone found to be in violation of this will asked to leave immediately, without notice. We appreciate your cooperation.

What if I have an issue during my stay?We hope that everything will run smoothly with your trip, but sometimes you need some help, and we're here to do just that. You can call us on 01463 353443 and we'll do our best to help you out. In an emergency, please call 999 immediately.

How do I get to Lodges On Loch Ness?Inverness Airport is 25.8 miles away; Inverness Railway Station is 18.6 miles away; Inverness Bus Station is 18.6 miles away. The easiest way to get to us is by car, but you can also reach us by bus from Inverness.

Is there a shop nearby?We have a great wee local shop, a 9 minute walk away from the lodge. They sell everything from wine, to a toothbrush! So don't worry if you run out of supplies, or forget anything. They also have a great cafe right next door so you can grab a scone and a coffee on your way back.
